The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Access to the first-floor accommodation is by stairs from the ground floor; the accommodation itself is on one level. Exterior parking is limited to one car. Platja de Can Picafort is 0.500 km away, the Can Picafort bus stop is 0.750 km away, Muro train station is 16.7 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 14 km away and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 63.1 km away. There is no private beach access.
