Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
The house occupies three floors, with bedrooms on the first and second floors and the pool on the first floor. Parking areas are a five-minute walk away. Port d'Alcudia beach is 32 km away; Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort are approximately 30 minutes away by car. Lloseta train station and bus stop are each 600 m away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35 km away, Port d'Alcudia ferry terminal is 33 km away, Golf Puntiro is 23.5 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 5.2 km away.
