The 500 m² house is arranged over three floors. The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and the second floor has another twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. One cot and one high chair are available.
The first-floor chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.2–1.8 m deep. The outdoor area includes six sunbeds, a furnished terrace and a barbecue area.
The living room has two sofas, an armchair and satellite television. A separate kitchen-dining room has a ceramic hob, cooking utensils, a microwave, an oven and a dining table with chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
The house is in the heart of Lloseta, in the Tramuntana area near Inca. Inca offers shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and other services, as well as a Thursday market. Parking areas are a five-minute walk away. Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort are approximately 30 minutes away by car.
