The living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting area with a sofa and TV. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has three single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, an iron and satellite TV are available.
The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is approximately 2 km away. A cot is available on request for €35 per stay. Local experiences can be arranged on request.
