The villa has a paved terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue, loungers and umbrellas, with fruit trees around the outdoor space. The private saltwater pool is about 75 metres from the house, measures 12 × 6 metres and has depths of 1.20–2.50 metres. An outdoor shower and a bathroom are beside the pool.
On the ground floor, the living room has central heating, air conditioning and satellite TV. An open-plan dining area connects with a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating and wardrobes. A cot is available. There are five bathrooms with showers, including two en-suite bathrooms and the outdoor poolside bathroom. A separate utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for six cars are available.
