House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Small house-trained dogs are considered at the owner's discretion; approved pet stays incur a $200 cleaning fee per stay. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory post-booking identity verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; reserving the preceding or following night is the offered way to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Return of recovered belongings within Australia is subject to postage and service fees.

Getting there

Broulee Beach is a two-minute walk away. Stairs are required at the front entrance and inside. The nearest bus stop is 220 m away on Coronation Dr at Frances St. Moruya Airport is 9 km away, approximately a ten-minute drive.
