The house has light-filled living spaces with large windows, wooden ceilings and distinctive decor. A couch seats four, and the dining booth seats six. A private outdoor courtyard provides alfresco dining, and an upstairs games/TV room offers additional space to relax. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided.
The equipped kitchen includes utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine. Split-system heating and cooling runs throughout, with a portable heater in the garage and a fan in the upstairs room. Free on-site parking accommodates two vehicles. Three pushbikes, boogie boards and a small Weber barbecue are available in the garage.
The TV has free-to-air channels and streaming apps; streaming requires guests' own internet connection because there is no property Wi-Fi. The house has a private entrance and self-check-in. A small welcome amenity pack is provided. Children aged 2–12 are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. A boutique brewery is in front of the property, with Broulee Island Nature Reserve, Mossy Point and Tomakin Beach nearby.
