The apartment occupies the second floor of a building without a lift. Its spacious roof terrace is two floors above the apartment, reached by the communal staircase. The terrace has sea and promenade views, partial privacy, a mobile barbecue and an awning available during high season.
The air-conditioned living-dining area has a Smart TV and opens into an equipped induction kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. One bedroom has a single bed, fan and wardrobe; another has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioning; the third has two single beds and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot, highchair, hair dryer and towels are provided. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
The surrounding residential area has small supermarkets, restaurants, a marina and a seafront promenade with views across Alcudia Bay. Colònia de Sant Pere beach is 0.043 km away. Nearby Son Serra de Marina offers surfing and paddleboarding, and the marina offers boat excursions. Llevant Nature Park and the golf courses of Capdepera and Canyamel are a short drive away.
