The apartment is in a pedestrian seafront area. Access involves stairs: it is on the second floor without a lift, and the roof terrace is two floors higher via communal stairs. Terrace privacy is partial. Colònia de Sant Pere beach is 0.043 km away; the town is 0.240 km away, the supermarket 0.350 km, the bus stop 0.280 km and the pharmacy 0.270 km. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 69.7 km away, Manacor train station 24.6 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 32.1 km and Hospital de Manacor 22.9 km. There is no private beach access.
