House rules
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am, parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people require prior approval. Pets require approval; stays with pets incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes inside and report any breakages. Open the balcony and bedroom windows while cooking or showering for ventilation, and keep flyscreens closed. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Key collection details are provided three days before check-in for a successfully reserved booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability assessed the night before and an additional cost; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
Getting there
Brighton Beach is approximately a 20-minute walk away. North Brighton Station is a four-minute walk away; buses run along Bay Street and Nepean Highway. Melbourne Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away and Melbourne CBD a 25-minute drive away. Key collection is off-site, 1 km away, and cannot be changed. Wheelchair access uses a separate entrance; the main entrance requires stairs. Ongoing building rehabilitation works may cause noise during working hours.
