The house

The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with timber flooring, a three-seat sofa that converts to a sofa bed, and a dining table seating three. The private balcony has outdoor seating.

The bedroom has a queen bed, blackout blinds, a TV and a study nook with a monitor. Split-system heating and cooling serve the bedroom and living room. Wi-Fi is available, although mobile reception inside the apartment is weak.

The equipped kitchen includes cutlery, utensils, a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A private laundry has a washer and drying rack. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, bed linen, an iron and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Other facilities include cable TV, clothing storage, hangers, an elevator, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12.

Brighton Beach is approximately a 20-minute walk away. North Brighton Station is a four-minute walk away, with Sandringham Line services to Melbourne CBD, Richmond, Middle Brighton, Brighton Beach and Sandringham. Cafés, shops and dining are nearby.

Self-check-in requires off-site key collection 1 km away. A separate entrance provides wheelchair access; the main entrance requires stairs. Building rehabilitation works are ongoing and may cause noise during working hours.
