The house

The approximately 4,000-square-foot home sits behind privacy hedges on a fenced lot. Living spaces include a main living room with two sofas and an armchair, a media room/office with a sectional, and a basement lounge with beanbag chairs and a leather couch.

The equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware and tableware. There is seating at the kitchen island and a dining table for eight that can also be used for working. The home has central air conditioning, heating, a usable fireplace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, and Bedrooms 3–5 each have two twin beds. Bedrooms 1–3 have full ensuite bathrooms. There are four full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom.

Outdoors are a private heated saltwater pool with fencing, four lounge chairs, a covered patio/pavilion with dining furniture and an outdoor fireplace, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a fenced backyard. Other equipment includes a swing set, fire pit, bicycle, beach chairs, beach umbrella and kayak/canoe. Downtown Bridgehampton is a few minutes’ walk away, and the ocean is a quick drive away.
