The house

The home has an open layout connecting the living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, with natural light, central air conditioning and a living-room fireplace. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, coffee maker and cooking equipment. A dedicated work-from-home space, high-speed Wi-Fi, television, heating, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

Outside, an expansive patio has a private heated pool, lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, gas barbecue and multiple sitting areas. The secluded grounds include a large yard and free parking. The home is minutes from Bridgehampton, Sagaponack and Water Mill and is near beaches and town.

All five bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house. They contain one king bed, two queen beds, two double/full beds and one twin/single bed in total. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have ensuite bathrooms. Three full bathrooms are on the second floor: one has a shower and tub, and two have showers. A half bathroom is on the main floor.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
