The house

This renovated, approximately 3,000-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. Its open-plan interior includes multiple sitting and dining areas, an island kitchen with a coffee maker and modern appliances, and a dining table seating 10. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a work-from-home space, a Bluetooth speaker system and a ping-pong table are available.

The second-floor master suite has a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. Four bedrooms are on the main floor: one with a double/full bed, one with a queen bed and crib, one with two twin beds, and one with three twin beds. All five bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and balcony/deck access. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have televisions. Bathrooms include the upstairs master bathroom with a shower, two main-floor full bathrooms with a shower or shower/tub combination, a main-floor half bathroom and a full bathroom with a shower in the pool house. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool with a diving board, pool cabana, fenced backyard, outdoor shower, deck, patio, gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and multiple sitting areas. Bikes and beach supplies are available. Pool and outdoor-equipment availability is seasonal.

Ocean Road Beach is two blocks away and a short walk from the house. Mecox and Sagg Main beaches are nearby, with Gibson and Flying Point beaches also in the surrounding area. Water Mill and Sagaponack offer nearby dining, shopping and art galleries. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
