House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval. Smoking is prohibited at all times. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches of the house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, take rubbish to the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check carefully for belongings before departure. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items may be returned to an address within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge. Guaranteed early access requires booking the preceding night, subject to availability; guaranteed late departure requires booking an additional night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after checkout. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in is subject to conditions.
Getting there
Cafés, boutiques, galleries and dining are within walking distance. Bowral Train Station is a short drive away. The house is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney and around two hours from Canberra. Onsite parking accommodates up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available.
