The house

The house accommodates six guests and has two separate lounge areas, a gas log fireplace, central heating and air conditioning throughout. Large windows overlook the garden and Bradman Oval. A north-facing deck, wraparound verandah with shaded seating, outdoor furniture and a BBQ provide spaces for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds that can be made into a king on request before arrival. Electric blankets, fresh linen, towels, a walk-in wardrobe and storage are provided. The two bathrooms include the ensuite and a main bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A cot is available.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a dining table, coffee machine, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and cooking essentials. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are provided. TV, cable TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are available, with a setup suitable for remote work.

Cafés, boutiques, galleries and dining are within walking distance. Bowral Train Station is a short drive away. The house is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney and around two hours from Canberra. Free carport and driveway parking accommodates up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available.

Self check-in is available with onsite key collection. A small welcome amenity pack and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are supplied. Long-term stays are also allowed.
