An apartment for up to 2 guests, located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator in the heart of Bologna, just a short walk from the lively Via del Pratello, known for its bars and bohemian atmosphere. Here you’ll find a small apartment, perfect for those seeking the convenience of the city center: Piazza Maggiore is just a 10-minute walk away. An authentic corner of the city, where history meets nightlife.
The apartment opens onto a spacious attic room furnished with a TV, a dining table, an open kitchen equipped with a freezer, and a queen-size bed.
Finally, the layout is completed by a bathroom with a toilet, shower, bidet, and washing machine.
