House rules
Maximum occupancy is ten people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for this service. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable, and the Reservation Team will arrange additional cleaning and payment.
Getting there
Skiing and town are within walking distance. A free shuttle serves the Vail lifts. Paid valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 6:00am to 11:00pm.
