The house

This 2,702-square-foot condo has a balcony overlooking the slopes, a spacious living area, a fireplace and a dining table. Each of the four bedrooms has a private attached ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom and second bedroom each have a king bed; the third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen beds. There are five full bathrooms in total.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and a standard drip coffee maker. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, heating, free Wi-Fi and a desk/workspace are provided. The cooling system brings the home down to around 68 degrees.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor heated, fenced pool, hot tub, sauna, spa, fitness center, community game and media rooms, pool table, BBQ area, fire pit and lobby bar. Daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, ski valet and a free shuttle to the Vail lifts are available. Ski storage and boot heaters are provided. The Lobby Lounge serves seasonal menus and pub fare; room service is not available.

The home is within walking distance of skiing and town. The Gore Creek path runs beside the resort toward West Vail and Donovan Park. Paid valet parking accommodates up to two cars, with payment collected at the Ritz-Carlton front desk; valet operates from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Longer stays are also allowed.
