The single-level home has an open-concept great room with a smart TV, indoor dining, and sliding glass panels opening onto the lanai and pool deck. The kitchen bar seats eight. The equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils, coffee-making equipment and small appliances.
The lanai has a shaded dining table for ten, loungers, sectional seating, a gas BBQ and an outdoor refrigerator. The private yard and garden accompany ocean and sunset views.
The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, lanai access, and ocean and pool views. Guest Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, and ocean and pool views. The media room has a queen sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, ocean views and lanai access. The bonus room has two twin beds convertible to a king on request and a ceiling fan. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV and lanai access. The living room, dining room and kitchen use natural ventilation rather than air conditioning.
Beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach mats and an umbrella are available. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Family equipment includes a pack-and-play with bedding, high chair, baby monitors, kids’ life jackets and pool toys. A laundry room provides a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, free parking and a garage are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
Kona Country Club and coastal pathways are within walking distance. Magic Sands Beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park, Keauhou Shopping Center and Ali'i Drive restaurants and oceanfront cafés are a short drive away. A car is recommended; the driveway may be steep and an SUV is recommended.
