House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. All guests must follow the Good Neighbor Guidelines available in the Guest Portal after booking. Reservations require electronic signing of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged with payment by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from the Beaver Creek InvitedHome team and is subject to availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is prepared for arrival.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access uses an elevator to the Everkrisp access run and depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. The Ritz-Carlton restaurants and bars are a five- to ten-minute walk down the ski hill in summer. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Building painting may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
