The house

This 2,346-square-foot residence sits uphill from the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, with views across the valley toward the Gore Range. An elevator connects the residence to the Everkrisp access run leading to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. Ski access depends on snow, weather and resort operations.

The open-plan interior has a fully stocked kitchen with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kitchen island. A stone fireplace, central heating, central air conditioning and Sonos speakers serve the home. The large private balcony has a dining area, Napoleon natural gas grill and propane heater. A washer and dryer are available.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds providing four twin sleeping places. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Shared lodge facilities include an exercise facility, two community hot tubs and a clubhouse with a pool table. Guests also have complimentary access to the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch outdoor pool and the Village Connect shuttle. The Ritz-Carlton restaurants and bars are a five- to ten-minute walk down the ski hill in summer. Underground parking is limited to one vehicle, with an elevator from the parking level directly into the unit.
