House rules
No smoking and no pets. Saturday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended, play in or around it, or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not operate the elevator if its locking system is faulty, unusual sounds occur or the ride seems abnormal; do not attempt repairs. The gas fireplace is seasonally available: January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026; January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront with ocean views and easy beach access via Albacore Beach Access. Timbuck II shopping center is within walking distance. Parking is limited to 10 vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
