Private pool- Heated
The 12-by-14-foot indoor pool is open year-round; optional heating costs $400 plus tax per week. The 18-by-36-foot outdoor pool is unheated. Standard outdoor opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional extended dates cost $250 plus tax per week: closing can extend to October 16, 2026, or October 15, 2027; opening can extend to April 10, 2027. A pool alarm and poolside cabana are provided. Heating applies to the indoor pool only.
