The house

The contemporary home has an expansive great room, indoor and outdoor lounging areas, a large deck and a wood-burning fire pit. All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on the lower level of the main house. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. One bathroom has a shower and tub; the other has a shower.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, a usable fireplace, a dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment.

Outside are a heated freshwater pool, a fenced backyard, six lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a charcoal grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. The driveway accommodates four cars. A travel crib is available, and the home is advertised as child-friendly.

The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, maintenance requests and guest communication after booking. StayMarquis offers a Guest Experience Manager to help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef.
