Guests have exclusive access to the full property, including an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living room, a king bedroom and a shower room. The living room has a sofa, TV and a fire for winter evenings.
The kitchen has pistachio-green cabinets and white worktops, with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. The dining area has a table and matching chairs.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with bedding and linens, plus a generously sized storage cupboard. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, WC and basin. A bathtub is also included among the amenities. Bed linens and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.
Yarm High Street has shops, bistros, bars, restaurants and cafes close to the home. Saltburn-by-the-Sea and Great Ayton are a short drive away.
