The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Indoor spaces include a living room, family room and formal dining room. The marble kitchen has custom wood cabinetry and premium appliances, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open toward the pool. A fully equipped gym is on the lower level. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The second floor has a primary king bedroom and two further ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. A queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the main floor, and a king bedroom is on the lower level. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; the primary bedroom and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have TVs.

Outdoor spaces include an expansive deck, covered porch, bluestone patio, outdoor kitchen with a grill, landscaped grounds and a private heated saltwater pool. Pool use is generally seasonal.

The home is between Southampton and East Hampton, close to Bridgehampton village shops and eateries. Sag Harbor is a five-minute drive away, and beaches are nearby. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
