The townhome has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an open-plan living area with lagoon views, a fully equipped kitchen and dining-table seating for 12. Outdoor seating overlooks the lagoon, and the main-floor primary suite has an attached bathroom and direct access to a private hot tub. Two inflatable paddleboards and two kayaks are provided. Other amenities include a balcony, private entrance, BBQ grill and utensils, air fryer, coffee makers, cookware, board games, ceiling fans, dryer and carbon monoxide detector.
Smart TVs have no live channels. Guests have access to six community pickleball courts, pickleball paddles, two resort pools and three resort hot tubs. The resort also has shaded seating and 10-foot fire tables. Recreational equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site; community activities rotate throughout the year. A separate queen air mattress is listed in the bedding widget, but the advertised maximum occupancy remains 15.
