The townhome has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an open-plan living area with lagoon views, a fully equipped kitchen and dining-table seating for 12. Outdoor seating overlooks the lagoon, and the main-floor primary suite has an attached bathroom and direct access to a private hot tub. Two inflatable paddleboards and two kayaks are provided.
