House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification is required before check-in details are released. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; return within Australia is subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
Woodgate Beach is approximately 100 metres away via nearby parkland. A car is the easiest way to reach shops, surrounding attractions and neighbouring towns; local cafés and shops are a short drive away. Woodgate is approximately 25–30 minutes by car from Childers and around 45 minutes from Bundaberg, depending on traffic and starting point. Bundaberg Regional Airport is roughly 40–45 minutes by car from the Woodgate Beach area. The house spans two levels. The backyard is fenced on three sides, and the rear shed is not accessible to guests.
