The house

The house has separate upstairs and downstairs living areas, two kitchens and a large rear deck. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs; each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed. Built-in wardrobe storage, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and bath towels are provided. The upper level has floorboards and the lower level is tiled.

The upstairs lounge has air conditioning. The main upstairs kitchen overlooks the rear deck, with glass cooktop appliances, generous bench space and storage. There is a separate downstairs kitchen and dining area. Kitchen amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. A family bathroom is upstairs; the downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. A separate downstairs laundry has storage, a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor facilities include a spacious backyard fenced on three sides, outdoor seating and entertainment space. The rear shed is excluded from guest access. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, free on-site parking, a private entrance, beach views, TV and cable TV, room-darkening shades, hot water, toiletries and a smoke detector. A small welcome amenity pack is provided. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are allowed.

A nearby parkland pathway leads towards Woodgate Beach. Local cafés, shops and everyday essentials are a short drive away. Woodgate offers swimming, fishing, walking and cycling along a shoreline of around 16 kilometres, surrounded by marine and national park landscapes.

Key collection is on site. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and an additional charge; booking the preceding or following night, if available, is the suggested way to guarantee extended access. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
