House rules
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay. All units are non-smoking; smoking is prohibited inside and on patios or balconies, and an indication of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. A refundable damage deposit of US$1,500 is held at check-in and released 7 days after departure. A 50% deposit is required at booking; remaining-balance deadlines vary by stay period. Minimum stays vary from 3 to 7 nights by season. No arrivals are allowed on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
The condo is on the fourth floor and has a balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. The Beachcomber is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, shops, takeout, and delivery options. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island; Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.
