The house

Beachcomber #22 is a fourth-floor condo with refreshed furniture and decor, expansive living areas, three bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are provided. The unit has a balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable-equipped HD televisions, and a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron, and ironing board are provided.

The resort has a pool and spa, private beachfront, an on-site fitness center, an elevator, and free covered parking. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; additional weekday housekeeping may be requested at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs may be requested. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, shops, takeout, and delivery options are within walking distance.

Taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
