The house

The wood-paneled contemporary house has hardwood flooring, large picture windows and an open-plan layout. The eat-in kitchen has granite and butcher-block counters, a center island, four bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. The adjoining living and dining areas have skylights, and the living room has a usable fireplace.

The house has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and five beds. The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The other bedrooms have two queen beds and two twin/single beds between them. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outside, a stone terrace has a grill, dining seating for eight, patio furniture and lounge chairs. There is a gas fire pit, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and an unfenced private heated pool. Guests have access to a communal tennis court. Bridgehampton restaurants and shops are nearby.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and hot water are available. The house has a private entrance, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Children are welcome; a crib is not provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
