House rules
No smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken, and must stay out of pools and hot tubs. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to eligibility.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in Ocean Sands - B, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Beach access is via Conch Crescent Ct North Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
