- Equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave and toaster. The ground-floor wet bar has a full-size refrigerator and microwave.

- Washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Pool
Private pool- Heated
Private outdoor pool, published size 14 × 30. Open April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional heating costs $650 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extending pool dates in 2027 costs $250 plus tax per week. A separate kiddie pool measures 8 × 8 feet and is 23 inches deep. Pets are not permitted in pools or hot tubs.
