House rules
No smoking. Maximum two dogs; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter pools or hot tubs. Violating the pet policy may terminate the tenancy. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended; children must not play in or around it or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the hoistway or operate the elevator if its locking system malfunctions or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
A short stroll leads to the Ocean Lake community beach walkway; the named beach access is Wave Arch South Access. An elevator serves all floors, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and access may require steps or thresholds. The middle-level queen ensuite shower has a 4½-inch lip.
