- Equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. A kitchenette is in the ground-floor recreation room.

- Washer and dryer; laundry is on the ground floor.
Pool
Private poolPrivate outdoor pool, published size 12 x 24. Open April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. A hot tub is also available. Community facilities include an Olympic-size outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Pets are not permitted in pools or hot tubs.
