Easily access the beach via the community walkway conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. Take in expansive ocean views from the generous decks overlooking the large rectangular pool. The hot tub is located on the mid-level deck and is just what you’ll need to relax after a long walk in the sand.
Inside on the top level, you’ll find the spacious and bright living and dining areas accented with comfortable furnishings and cheery coastal decor. The raised ship’s watch, offering plenty of natural light for reading, is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a good book. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to prepare meals for your family, including plenty of space. After dinner, gather together for a movie in the great room.
In the first level recreation room, a pool table offers an opportunity for some friendly competition.
