House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Sunday check-in and Sunday check-out. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront. Beach access is via the shared community walkway directly adjacent to the home. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
