The house

The main cottage has one bedroom with a dressing room, a full bathroom with shower, living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings, and a full kitchen. The separate seasonal guest house has one bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms are on the first/main floor and each has one double/full bed. The main-house bedroom has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

The property has approximately 1,500 square feet of space and a fenced backyard. Outdoor facilities include a dock, waterside dining table, uncovered patio with chairs and umbrella, gas grill, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, two beach chairs, two lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, one adult bicycle and a kayak/canoe.

Indoor facilities include heating, a usable fireplace, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hot water and a Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot and Nespresso machine, cookware, dishes and silverware. A private entrance, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-the-ground operations, maintenance requests and guest communication after booking. A StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or arranging a private chef.
