The house

The house has an uncovered deck/patio with outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal grilling equipment, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Outdoor equipment includes three adult bicycles, three beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and tennis rackets and balls.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a closet and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has a twin bed and another has two twin beds; both have air conditioning and closets. A fourth bedroom on the main floor contains a crib, air conditioning and a closet. There are three full bathrooms: a main-floor bathroom with a shower, another main-floor bathroom with a shower and tub, and an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment, toaster, blender, ice maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The house also has a living room, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, television with cable and smart-TV features, heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, parking and a garage. Linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a travel crib are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are available. There is no pool.
