House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including no more than six adults. Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests on the booking. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Treat the property respectfully. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00.
Getting there
The beach and shops are no more than five minutes' walk away. The house spans two storeys. The downstairs rumpus room/fourth bedroom has external access only. Parking accommodates up to four cars.
