The house

Bay Vista has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with main beach and ocean views, a separate lounge with an open fireplace, and a downstairs retreat accessed externally. The retreat sleeps four in two bunk beds and has an ensuite bathroom, lounges, a pool table, a 50-inch 3D LCD television, foosball and darts. The fully fenced grounds include established gardens, an outdoor BBQ area with a chiminea, and driveway parking for up to four cars. Other facilities include heating, hot water, a dishwasher, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, TV and DVD player.

The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Professional management provides 24/7 local support.
