The house

Bay View Cottage has beach-style furnishings, a living area, an entertainment area with a ping pong table, and a dining area. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house: two have one queen bed each, and the third has two twin/single beds. Bedroom 2 has a television. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with showers on the first/main floor; Bathroom 1 is ensuite.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, heating, hot water, and a usable wood-burning fireplace. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside there is an uncovered deck/patio with a table and chairs, a private entrance, and driveway parking for four cars. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking. A StayMarquis Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping or a private chef. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
