The house

The home has two-story ceilings, three skylights, large windows and an open living and dining layout. Sliding glass doors lead to an uncovered deck/patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, two lounge chairs and a gas grill.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and an iron and ironing board are provided. There is a private entrance, television in the main living room, cable and smart TV, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.

Three bedrooms are upstairs: one with a twin/single bed, one with a double/full bed and one with a queen bed. The main-floor bedroom has a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 also have TVs. An upstairs playroom provides additional space for relaxing or entertaining. The bathroom inventory comprises an upstairs full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, two main-floor full bathrooms with showers, including the ensuite, and a lower-level full bathroom with a shower.

Beach relaxation, kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding are a few blocks away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
