House rules

The primary renter must be at least 29 years old. Maximum occupancy is eight; additional persons beyond that limit are not permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. The owner may need to conduct property showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours. Damage protection of up to $25,000 is provided in lieu of a security deposit, subject to the booking agreement.

Getting there

Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; seasonal cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
