The house

The home has an open-plan living, dining and island-kitchen layout, multiple sitting and dining areas, a gas fireplace, a dedicated work-from-home space and a finished lower-level media area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, linens and towels are provided.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor: a primary king bedroom with a full ensuite shower bathroom, TV and walk-in closet, and two queen bedrooms with standard closets. A fourth queen bedroom with a standard closet is on the lower level. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The main floor also has a half bathroom and another full shower bathroom; the lower level has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outside are a patio with dining furniture and an umbrella, lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas, a gas barbecue, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a fenced yard. The private heated freshwater pool is not fenced. Kayak/canoe equipment, a game room, garage and free parking are available.

The home is on a private block, minutes from Hampton Bays and Shinnecock Hills, with Southampton also nearby. Nearby beaches include Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
