The house

The home has light wood floors, expansive windows, vaulted ceilings and coastal contemporary furnishings. A formal living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, seating and a bar cart; a separate family room has a large flat-screen TV and built-in shelving. The dining area opens onto the back patio. The U-shaped kitchen has an island seating four, a gas range, wine cooler and a butler’s pantry with an additional refrigerator and storage.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor. One has a king bed and three have queen beds. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while two share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The primary bedroom has water views, and another guest bedroom has three skylights.

Outside, the wood deck has seating areas, a dining table for six and a gas grill. Facilities include a balcony, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, four beach chairs and a cooler. The private dock can accommodate your boat, and kayaks and paddle boards are provided. Heating, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are available. Sag Harbor shopping and dining are minutes away.
