The house

Bay Lane Escape accommodates up to eight guests across a main house and guest-house quarters, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The approximately 2,500-square-foot house has bay views, books and artwork, a living room with a working fireplace, a dining area, a full kitchen and several work-from-home nooks. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The main house has an upstairs queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a main-floor king bedroom and a main-floor bedroom with two twin beds. The guest house has an upstairs queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Each building also has an upstairs sofa-bed sleeping area; the guest-house sleeping area has ensuite bathroom access.

Outside are a private heated, fenced Gunite pool with lounge chairs, patio dining areas, an outdoor grill, a gazebo, a large pond and a private dock. Water equipment includes three kayaks, two paddle boards, two Sunfish sailboats, a pontoon boat with four swivel chairs and an electric motor, and an inflatable dinghy with a 10 hp gas engine. The property lies at the end of a long right of way from the road. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
